What type of information does Fleurs & Petal maintain?

Order Process Policy

For orders received online or email, please allow 4 working days to be processed.

The 4 days shall exclude day of order and working day shall mean from Monday to Friday only.

Example,
If you place your order on Friday, it shall be delivered to the recipient no earlier than Friday morning.

Payment Policy

Fleurs & Petal accepts credit card, cash or cheque payment for orders received via phone, online or email.

Please be advised that PayPal do not transact using Singapore Currency. As such, after you have entered the amount in Singapore Currency, PayPal will perform a transaction involving the prevailing exchange rate based on current market conditions.

For payment with cash, our authorized personnel will personally meet with you and receive the collection at a place convenient to you. This can be at MRT, bus stop, right at the comfort of your office or home with absolutely no disruption to your daily schedule.
