Product Policy

The accessories featured online are available while stocks last. Fleurs & Petal reserves the absolute right to replace the same or another item of similar value.

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability &/or colours of some flowers may be very limited for delivery on a specified day. For this reason, we seek customer's understanding that the exact bouquet featured or requested may not be available. In this event, Fleurs & Petal will deliver a second choice of either similar flowers &/or container of equal value and beauty.
Whilst every effort shall be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, there may be some variance due to designer interpretation.

Wine & Spirit Policy

We do not hold or store any alcohol on the premise. However, we shall be happy to purchase liquor of your choice on your behalf. Generally, prices will be charged at liquor store pricing, unless otherwise mentioned or advised upon ordering.

Under the governing law of Singapore, alcohol shall be consumed from age 18 and above. it shall be to the discretion of the order person that this law is adhered to strictly.

Prices

All our prices are nett.

Delivery Services

Delivery is free for goods purchased above S$30.00 and delivered within Singapore.
Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.

Cancellation of Orders

We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders

We will either send an electronic acknowledgement or contact the customer upon successful submission of the electronic order.
If items ordered are unavailable, we will advise the same either by sending an electronic message or contact the customer before proceeding with the order.

Exchange & Refund

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
